Shriram Pistons & Rings successfully completed the TPM award process, and received the TPM Award for Excellence (Category A) for their Ghaziabad plant and their Pathredi plant on March 21st, 2023 at Kyoto International Conference Center. Here the Executive Director of the Ghaziabad Plant tells us about their experience and history with TPM, benefits achieved, and the importance of having the human resource of the company aligned and "in sync."
