JMAC TPM International Event Report: Capability Building and Improvement Seminar

by SCGP and JMAC on December 7th, 2023 at SCG Packaging's Banpong site (Thailand)

JMAC recently planned a seminar that included access to the Gemba (shop floor) as well as interactions with the teams on site. This seminar was realized with generous support from SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (SCGP).

SCGP, one of SCG's core business units, is a leading multinational consumer packaging solutions provider that is a long-term JMAC client.

JMAC and SCGP collaborated on ideas to showcase the benefits and results of a real-life Operational Excellence Program (TPM) to manufacturing companies in Thailand as a way to upgrade the capability of the Thai manufacturing industry.

The seminar was held on December 7th, 2023 at SCGP Banpong Mill, Ratchaburi Province, with the 38 participants who joined finding the content useful and informative.
