Example Program: TPM Plant Tour (TPM Japan Study Tour)

Comment from Previous TPM Plant Tour Participants

The Japan Study Tour managed by JMAC is a unique opportunity to get in touch with the Japanese industrial system and with the culture that generated it, both during daily visits to excellent companies, and during the networking sessions with expert consultants over a plate of sushi. This experience is extremely effective to boost one’s understanding of the approach needed to really achieve the best result in an organization. (Japan Study Tour participant from Italy, September 2017)

It was a great opportunity to experience and feel Japanese culture. We just started TPM and through the plant tour and lecture, my understanding is deepened about Japanese originated TPM by seeing Japan itself and Japanese factories’ real condition. Not only factory visits and lectures, we also enjoyed Japanese way of increasing communication in the evening. (Japan Study Tour participant from Turkey, March 2016)
